SureCare Connections is operated by Rest Assured Home Care, LLC and provides information about caregiver support, home care services, adult day training and support programs, community events, care-related resources, and LiveScan fingerprinting services.

Registration for the Caregiver Connection Circle or another SureCare Connections event does not guarantee admission when space is limited. Event dates, times, locations, speakers, activities, and availability may change when reasonably necessary.
If an event must be postponed, relocated, or canceled, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered guests using the contact information provided during registration.
Photos or recordings will not be used based solely on event attendance when separate consent or a media release is required. Any applicable photography or media information will be communicated at the event.
When you separately choose to opt in to text messages, you authorize Rest Assured Home Care, LLC d/b/a SureCare Connections to send messages to the mobile number you provided. Depending on the consent you select, messages may include inquiry responses, appointment or event confirmations, reminders, scheduling updates, service notifications, caregiver resources, program information, or promotional updates.
Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing, receiving, or inquiring about services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to a message from us. After you send STOP, we may send one final text confirming that you have been unsubscribed. You will then stop receiving messages from that messaging program unless you later opt in again.
